Our site or yours

We want you to have everything you need to make most of Purchasing at a Glance in your organization. That’s why we hold two-day training classes 3-4 times a year in historic Charleston, South Carolina. We also offer one-day, on-site training for organizations who prefer to train their staff at their location. In addition, we provide telephone training in two 2-hour sessions as a very cost-effective way to quickly learn major Purchasing at a Glance features.

Cost

Two-day training class in Charleston, SC is $750 per attendee with discounts available for more than one attendee from the same institution. This class is a comprehensive study of the purchasing process using Purchasing at a Glance software.

On-site training is $1,975 plus travel expenses. On-site training is a one-day course designed for groups of up to 10 attendees. Please call for price quotes for larger groups. This is a great option if you need to train a small group or department.

Prerequisites

Each participant should have basic knowledge of Windows and using a mouse. Each participant should also be familiar with general purchasing activities and functions. To further prepare for the training class, it is strongly recommended that you install Purchasing at a Glance into a test area and work through the exercises in the Quick Start.
